What is the Sunday night hospitality event?
Several of our vendors will sponsor hospitality suites in the hotel, serving a variety of hors d’oeuvres and drinks. All registered conference participants and registered guests are welcome to take part in the event.
What does ABD stand for?
ABD stands for Associated Business Division and is another term for the exhibitors and vendors that help sponsor the meeting. Please take the opportunity to visit with our sponsors. This conference could not be a success without them!
Where is the ABD Event?
The ABD Event will be held on Monday night at the Washington Golf & Country Club.
What is the LAC?

Why are tickets required for the meals and events?
Tickets help control the cost of the meeting since there are various types of registrations. If you believe you should have received a ticket for a particular event, please visit the registration desk.
What should I do with tickets that I won’t be using?
Please consider returning unused tickets to the registration desk. We would like to provide any extra tickets to student attendees to provide an opportunity to attend events they would not be able to otherwise.
What is the Traffic Bowl?
Love a good game of trivia? The Traffic Bowl is a lively competition that features students from schools in each state competing for scholarship prizes. Please come show the students your support.
Should I attend the Board or Business Meetings?
Board Meetings are typically open to elected officers and delegates only; however, Business Meetings are open to everyone! This is a chance to catch up on the latest developments on the Board and their agenda for the coming year. If you’re interested in learning about the inner workings of Southern District, please consider attending.
