Reservations

A block of rooms have been reserved at a rate of $224 per night plus tax (this is under the 2019 GSA rate of $251 per night). The rate will be available March 30 – April 3, 2019 (Saturday through Wednesday). Be sure to hold on to your confirmation number! A $50 registration discount will be offered for those who provide the confirmation number during registration.

Secondary Hotel Block

A secondary room block has been reserved at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel, located approximately one mile from the host hotel. Rooms are available at the same rate ($224 per night) as the host hotel and must be booked by March 13th. Reservations at this hotel will also receive a $50 discount on registration.
