The 2019 SDITE/MCDITE Local Arrangements Committee is accepting sponsors for the 2019 SDITE/MCDITE Joint Annual Meeting. We will be accepting meeting sponsorship signups through Friday March 22nd.

Sponsorship levels, costs, and inclusions are outlined below. Funds collected from the sponsorships are used to help defray costs for our Annual Meeting. All sponsorships give you an opportunity to highlight your company, with the higher dollar value sponsorships providing exclusive, highly visible promotional opportunities. All sponsor logos will be listed under their sponsorship levels on signs posted for all events.

The employees of your firm attending this meeting will have numerous opportunities to network with colleagues which will include transportation professionals associated with local, state, and federal government throughout the 15 states in the Southern and Mid-Colonial Districts. In addition to both building on and developing professional relationships with others in the industry, the meeting will include a variety of technical presentations, technical tours, professional development, and opportunities to view and discuss the latest in traffic control/ITS technology and devices with vendors in the Associated Business Division.

You may register as a sponsor below. You may submit your payment by credit card now or offline by check per the instructions below. Payments by credit card include a 2.9 percent processing fee.

Please note that most of the sponsorship levels are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

All sponsorships include recognition on the meeting website as well as recognition throughout the meeting.

If your sponsorship includes one or more complimentary registrations, a discount code will be emailed to the contact person. This discount code may be used for free event registration.

ELITE – $5,000

Both elite sponsorship options include two (2) complimentary registrations. The names of the registrants do not have to be final at the time of sponsorship.

  • Room Key Sponsor – Include company logo on room keys for all overnight attendees at the hotel. One (1) available.

Premier – $4,000

Both premier sponsorship options include two (2) complimentary registrations. The names of the registrants do not have to be final at the time of sponsorship.
